Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. Any consumer who, for any reason, is dissatisfied with their purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason , within 14 days of delivery of the purchased goods (Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The shipping costs incurred for the return to Donnagnese are entirely borne by the consumer.
PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL/REFUND
1. Notify us by email to info@ladygama.com within 14 days of receiving the goods of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Wait for a response from Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC. and arrange, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally contained within 14 days of the day you communicated your desire to withdraw.
3. Insure the shipment against theft and damage during transport and cover the related costs. If the returned product is not insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by withholding it from the refund amount.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received , i.e., with their original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that were part of the original packaging.
5. Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC, pursuant to art. 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, will refund the purchase price within 14 days of the date on which the consumer communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods or until they have been received by Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- purchase made as a company with VAT number
- total or partial lack of the original packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport
- sealed products opened by the consumer
The customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. (Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The right of withdrawal is excluded as defined by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
